I just wrapped up a really fun Catch Good Health Radio show with fellow Coaches Jen Gotti and Shawna O’Hagan Morrow. The topic was courage, along with a healthy dose of comedy. Cuz that’s how we roll…
My favorite take aways? Viewing courage as a muscle. The more we practice being courageous, the less difficult it is to be courageous. The more it becomes comfortable, and the more we choose to be courageous.
Also…including gratitude into your daily life, even if you start with just being grateful that your heart continues to beat. As Shawna shared, you can’t do anxiety and gratitude at the same time. It may be a little hard at first, but it will help alleviate any fear or anxiety you’re experiencing. I love the example she shared involving her husband and a flight home from Florida.
