30 DAYS OF WELLNESS is an online coaching program designed to tackle nutrition, lifestyle, & fitness woes for individuals who would benefit from a structured program that teaches you how to live healthfully.  The program runs from 7/30/17 – 8/30/17.

Health Educator & Wellness Coach Erica Haray-Butcher will lead you through four, LIVE, online workshops on nutrition and stress management, and Exercise Physiologist Erin Hundley will lead you through three LIVE online workouts- EACH WEEK!

Also included are 30-minute individual coaching sessions with Erica and Erin during the first and last weeks of the program.
